Michele is also Roshi Egyoku’s painting teacher. “Zen practitioners know Point Zero. This class will teach you how to express it.” (Roshi)

Spiritual practitioners, educators, business people, artists, scientists, therapists–­ anyone with a thirst for uncovering their creative voice– can benefit from this work. No experience is necessary (the less the better), just the desire to create naturally and spontaneously.

Full-time participation in the Painting Retreat is required. You may also embed the Retreat into the Zen Center’s sesshin schedule and add sesshin time before and after the Retreat. For sesshin schedule click here.

The Retreat is limited to 25 participants. The Center keeps 15 spaces reserved for ZCLA members till December 3rd.
