Creativity Without Limits
Point Zero Painting Retreat

Led by Michele Cassou

December 27 – 30, 2009

Four Day Retreat

Available Spaces: 0

Michele Cassou has designed a revolutionary way of unblocking your creative potential: The Point Zero Method. This unique self-questioning method leads into the wild, untamed place within us where there are no judgments or rules. This is the place where we can feel fully alive and creative, a place where we can express and explore the mystery of our lives.

Michele is known internationally for her groundbreaking work in stimulating the creative potential, dissolving creative blocks, and exploring the spiritual dimensions of the creative process.

For more information see her website: http://michelecassou.com/

Michele is also Roshi Egyoku’s painting teacher. “Zen practitioners know Point Zero. This class will teach you how to express it.” (Roshi)

Spiritual practitioners, educators, business people, artists, scientists, therapists– anyone with a thirst for uncovering their creative voice– can benefit from this work. No experience is necessary (the less the better), just the desire to create naturally and spontaneously.

Testimonials about the Painting Retreat:

  • “This had extraordinary impact on me I never connected creative expression with my practice. I must continue and go deeper.”
  • “Michele brings such a presence to both the topic and the painting itself that a feeling of ‘being alive’ was very present. A sense of safety allowed me to express myself in a way I could not have anticipated.”
  • “This is a great retreat. Michele is an amazing teacher, and I think she was very free to speak clearly, sharply and truthfully in this context of a Zen Center.”
  • “I love Michele’s enthusiasm and joy for what she is doing and teaching. It is very encouraging.”
  • “This workshop helped me to truly face myself, my false masks, my ugliness and my beauty. It awakened a deep tenderness, compassion for myself and others — a reconnection with the joy that underlies the universe.”
